Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how QMC uses cookies and similar technologies on this Site, and how you can control them.

This Cookie Policy describes how QMC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the platform website located at QMC.finance and related applications (the “Platform”). This Cookie Policy is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file placed on a User’s device when the User visits a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and software development kit identifiers used within an Application. This Cookie Policy uses “cookies” to refer to all such technologies.

2. Categories of Cookies Used

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies. Required for the Platform to function, including maintaining session state, wallet connection status, and security features. These cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality of the Platform.
  • Preference Cookies. Remember choices a User has made, such as display settings or previously selected language, to improve the User’s experience on return visits.
  • Analytics Cookies. Used, where consented to, to understand aggregate usage of the Platform, such as which pages are visited and how Users navigate the Platform, in order to improve it. Analytics cookies do not identify an individual User by name or contact information.

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site behavioral advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Certain cookies or similar technologies on the Platform may be set by third-party service providers engaged by us, including providers of analytics, wallet connectivity, and hosting or infrastructure services, as described in the Documentation. These providers may process information they collect in accordance with their own privacy and cookie practices, which a User should review independently.

4. Managing Cookies

When a User first visits the Platform, a cookie banner allows the User to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Strictly Necessary Cookies are not affected by this choice and remain active, as they are required for the Platform to function.

To change a choice made previously, a User may clear the Platform’s stored data through the User’s browser settings; the cookie banner will appear again on the User’s next visit. A User may also manage or disable cookies at any time through general browser settings.

Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent a User from using the core functionality of the Platform, but may affect certain preference-based or analytics features.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on the Platform, together with the date on which it takes effect, in accordance with the Terms of Use.

6. Contact
