1. The manager brings the strategy

QMC works with established investment managers who already have a proven strategy, a live track record, defined risk processes, and the operational infrastructure needed to manage additional capital. The manager stays responsible for what matters most: the investment strategy and its execution. QMC does not replace the manager or dictate how the strategy is run.

2. QMC builds the on-chain infrastructure

QMC structures and deploys a dedicated on-chain vault around the manager’s strategy. This includes vault setup, technical integration, reporting, and ongoing operational support. Managers can keep using their existing brokers, exchanges, custodians, and execution infrastructure — there’s no need to rebuild an established investment operation from the ground up.

3. Investors access the strategy on-chain

Once the vault is live, eligible investors can gain exposure to the strategy through an on-chain investment vehicle. The vault standardizes how investor ownership is represented and how capital flows are managed, while the manager continues running the underlying strategy.
