Fees
How management, performance, deposit, and redemption fees are structured across QMC Finance vaults.
Categories of fees
Each vault on QMC Finance defines its own fee structure. Depending on the investment strategy, fees may include one or more of the following:
- Management Fee — an ongoing fee calculated as a percentage of the vault’s net asset value (NAV), regardless of performance.
- Performance Fee — charged only on realized investment gains and, where applicable, subject to mechanisms such as high-water marks or loss carryforward.
- Deposit Fee — applied when capital is deposited into a vault.
- Redemption Fee — applied when capital is redeemed from a vault.
Not every vault applies every fee category.

Fees Are Defined Per Vault
Each vault independently determines its fee schedule, which is disclosed before an investor allocates capital.
The applicable documentation specifies the management fee, performance fee (including its rate, crystallization frequency, and any high-water mark methodology), as well as any deposit, redemption, administrative, or other applicable fees. Network and blockchain transaction costs are also disclosed where relevant.
By investing in a vault, investors acknowledge and accept the fee structure applicable to that specific investment product.
Fee Calculation
Unless otherwise specified in a vault’s documentation, management and performance fees are calculated based on the vault’s net asset value (NAV) and are reflected directly in the vault’s performance rather than invoiced separately to investors.
Blockchain network fees—including gas fees, bridging costs, and other third-party transaction expenses—are paid directly to the underlying network or service provider and are not retained by QMC Finance.
Changes to Fees
Fee schedules are determined individually for each vault and are disclosed before capital is invested.
If a vault’s fee structure changes, the updated terms are published in the relevant documentation before becoming effective. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter fees that have already accrued or been crystallized.
